1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown beef and onion together. Drain. Stir in seasoned salt. Spread in 9" pie pan or square casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix remaining ingredients with a fork until well blended and pour batter over top. Bake 25 minutes
(from the Bisquick box, modified slightly).
ALSO TRY: cook the turkey with taco seasoning, as directed on the packet.
